Eye Care Doctors & Family Optometry in Hope Mills, Eastover, & Elizabethtown, NC

Meet our experienced and friendly eye doctors who make Professional Eye Care the leading provider of vision care products and services in our area.


Dr. J. Eric Raynor

Dr. Raynor opened his practice in Hope Mills in November 1993 in the Main and Trade Building. He moved across the street to our current location at 3701 S. Main St. in 1999.  He also has offices in Eastover and Elizabethtown.  He attended Campbell University where he played baseball and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1989.  He then attended and graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN.  While in Memphis, he met and married his wife, Susan.  They have two children.  Their daughter, Emily, completed optometry school in 2020 and has joined the practice.  Their son, Jack and his wife, Blythe, will begin optometry school in the fall.  Dr. Raynor and his wife Susan live in Fayetteville.  Dr. Raynor is a member of the AOA, the Sandhills District of the NC State Optometric Society, and Vision Source.  He is proud to offer the best and latest technology in eye care.  He offers it with kindness and compassion.  Dr. Raynor was honored by being named Fayetteville’s 2017 Best Optometrist by Up and Coming Weekly.


Dr. Robert Naylor

Dr. Naylor who grew up in Clinton, N.C, has been practicing at Professional Eye Care since 2005. He attended N.C. State University where he graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Zoology. He went on to attend the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia where he underwent an extended externship at the Hefner VA Hospital in Salisbury, N.C, specializing in ocular disease and management. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Sandhills District of the NC State Optometric Society.  Dr. Naylor and his wife, Angela, reside in the Fayetteville area.  He enjoys fishing and outdoor activities.  He proudly offers the latest in eye care with kindness and compassion.

 

 


 

Dr. Mary Ann Masters

Dr. Masters joined Professional Eye Care in December 2018.  She graduated from Southern College Of Optometry in 1982 after doing her undergraduate work at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Dr. Masters lives in Lumberton, NC with her husband, John D. Masters, a CPA and Partner with S. Preston Douglas & Associates, LLP.  Dr. Masters is a member of the AOA and the Sandhills District of the NC State Optometric Society.   She sees patients in our offices in Hope Mills and Elizabethtown.  Dr. Masters proudly offers the latest in eye care with kindness and compassion.

 


Dr. Emily Caroline Raynor

Dr. Raynor joined Professional Eye Care in June 2020 after graduating from Kentucky College of Optometry in Pikeville, Kentucky.  She completed her undergraduate at North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Biological Sciences with concentrations in Human Biology and Chemistry. She received her license from the North Carolina Board of Optometry in March 2021. Dr. Emily Raynor is a member of the AOA and the NC State Optometric Society.
